- Refresh. Same layout, new finishes: vanity, countertop, fixtures, lighting, paint. The fastest path to a bathroom that looks and feels new.
- Full Remodel. New fixtures and finishes throughout, still within your bathroom’s existing footprint. Tile, tub or shower, vanity, all in materials built to last.
- Reconfigured. Plumbing and walls move. This is for bathrooms where the layout itself, not just the finishes, isn’t working for how you actually use the space.
Permits in Kansas City

A bathroom remodel that moves plumbing, adds electrical, or touches structure needs a written scope of work, floor plans, and the relevant trade permits. Review typically runs about two weeks. We manage that whole process as part of the build, including the separate permits each suburb we serve requires.

What if we only have one bathroom?
It depends on how many bathrooms you have. If it’s your only one, that’s a real constraint and we plan the schedule around it. If you’ve got another, the remodel is far less disruptive. Either way we work it out during Design, not on the fly.
