- Full Remodel. New fixtures and finishes throughout, still within your bathroom’s existing footprint. Tile, tub or shower, vanity, all in materials built to last.
- Reconfigured. Plumbing and walls move. This is for bathrooms where the layout itself, not just the finishes, isn’t working for how you actually use the space.
Permits in Olathe
Olathe runs its own building department, separate from the rest of Johnson County, with an all-digital application process for residential remodel permits. A bathroom project that moves plumbing, adds electrical, or touches a load-bearing wall needs a permit and inspection through the city before work starts. We handle that process as part of the build.

What if we only have one bathroom?
It depends on how many bathrooms you have. If it’s your only one, that’s a real constraint and we plan the schedule around it. If you’ve got another, the remodel is far less disruptive. Either way we work it out during Design, not on the fly.
